Hello everyone,

I am starting my interrail journey tomorrow and I noticed my year of birth in my mobile pass is wrong. I texted customer service via form on the web, thru Facebook and email as well. I claimed it is urgent since I leave on 8th of August 2022, but still with no respond. I am kinda panicking tho.

What am I supposed to do?

You’ll be unlikely to have an inspector check this except in Switzerland. Only Customer Services can help. If you are charged an excess fare keep all the tickets and use the website form to ask for a refund.

Hello! Thank you for your question and please accept my apology for the late response. Normally, you should not encounter any problems as your ID info matches the information on the Pass (eg name).
