I have a global pass for 3 months and I’am trying to add it to “my pass” in the interrail app. The app does not accept my coverpass Nbr because it has 8 digits in stead of 6. The app says the number has to match with the number in the order confirmation email but I only find an order payment confirmation in my mailbox where I do not find a 6 digits pass number. How can I resolve this problem

This not a number, but a combination of letters and digits, for example A9BCD5. You can find it to the right of your name in the mail.
