Hey :-)

I’m traveling with my to kids from Copenhagen to Paris and from Paris to Barcelona.
We are going to stay some days in Camping Bell Sol north of Barcelona. My question is how do I figure out if our Interrail Global Pass covers the trip from Barcelona-Sants to Estación de tren Calella ? I have no idea which railway Company 🙈 and what about metros in Barcelona and Paris is the included ?
Looking forward to hearing from someone 😊

Marie

Just want to add :

- the direct Paris - Barcelona TGV has a 37€ booking fee. If you want to take this train book it ASAP as some dates in July and August are already sold out

Alternative (a bit longer, more scenic and way cheaper) : schedule is an example.

- TGV Paris - Montpellier/Narbonne/Perpignan limited 10€, then 20€ 06:48 - 11:56

- TER Montpellier/Narbonne/Perpignan - Portbou 12:55 - 13:47

- R Portbou - Maçanet-Massanes 14:35 - 16:04

- R1 Maçanet-Massanes - Calella 16:09 - 16:36

Metro is never included.

Calella is on line R1 of the Rodalies (suburban and regional trains in Catalonia) and is operated by Renfe so your pass is valid.

You can find the timetable here:

https://rodalies.gencat.cat/en/horaris/

Some stations have gates and you may need to ask staff to open them.

In and around Barcelona, Renfe operates R1, R2, R3, R4, R7 and R8. Other (sub)urban lines are not operated by Renfe. See the map here:
