Interrail or Eurail

I live in the UK but since we have left the EU which pass would I need to get - Interrail or Eurail?

you should purchase an InterRail ticket. See here: https://www.interrail.eu/en/terms-conditions/booking-conditions (Article 5).

When the UK joined the EU, nothing changed for Interrail. And now that the UK left the EU, nothing changes either.

In short: you'll need an Interrail.
