i have 2 electronic 15 day passes on my phone 

1 is ok the qr code for second has disappeared 

now i have been fined €44 

how can i retrieve the missing one 

For the pass where the QR code has disappeared:

  1. Check in My Trip if the trains to use are there.
  2. Check if the journey has been added to My Pass.

A QR code for a certain travel day will only be generated if a journey has been added to My Pass.
