Is it possible to sell my interrail ticket? It is to late to make a refund so I wonder if it is possible to sell it to someone else and change the name. Thank you!

I don't think that's possible.
A refund however is possible for quite a long time, even until after the validity period or latest activation date. Please check the conditions here.
