Planned trip below. Does anyone know if a Eurail Pass covers the train part of the London to Dublin (Sail/Rail) leg? Not counting that portion, I loosely priced out individual tickets and think it comes in at about $355. Looks like 8 travel days - would a pass be better? Thanks!

Glasgow to Invergordon and return

Glasgow to Ft. William

Ft. William to Edinburgh

Edinburgh to London

London to Dublin (Sail/Rail)

(flight to Bremen, Germany)

Bremen to Berlin

Berlin to Amsterdam

Yes everything would be covered and you get a 30% discount on the ferry between Holyhead and Dublin : whether you use Stena Line (discount code EURAIL2023) or Irish Ferries (email them and you'll get 30% refunded).

I believe the pass would be good value for your trip too. You've chosen countries without mandatory reservations which always add a fair bit to the price of the pass.

Reservations are optional and free of charge in the UK : recommended on Edinburgh - London. Optional but also recommended in Germany : 3€ per train through ÖBB, 4.90€ per journey on DB with a seat map.

General info on Eurail : https://www.seat61.com/how-to-use-a-eurail-pass.htm (fantastic website btw!)

Do not hesitate for further questions. :)

Excellent! Thank you so much for the reply.
