Journey is not in the rail planner app

Hey,

as I am using a mobile Pass, I have to add every journey to my ticket in the Rail Planner App. My problem is that I‘ve got a seat reservation for a train that isn‘t listed in the Rail Planner app. Is it okay to add a similar journey? There is one only 5 minutes later that I had saved, but the TGV agent on the telephone could not book that one for me and gave me the alternative one. Or is there any chance to add this journey manually?

Just add it manually. The rail planner app is probably not up to date.

When you cannot find the train connection, you can click on the blue hyperlink '’add manually'’ on the bottom of the screen.
