Hello,

I am traveling soon. I tried to add my Eurail Italy Pass on the app, then I found that my last name was misspelled from Jatu to Jutu . 

I have contacted customer service. But not sure would they adjust before I travel.

How long would they reply?

and is it ok if I active my pass with the incorrect spelling? 

 

They should answer today.

The name issue shouldn't be a problem for most inspectors but you never know if you find a picky one... better have it changed.
