I have loaded a trip and I believe I have inadvertently activated my pass, although I am not leaving for 2 weeks.  The trip is currently empty of journeys.

I have imported the trip we have input into my partners phone. However this is now shown as a separate trip.

How can I move my pass to the trip with all the individual journeys entered

Or how can I merge the two trips into one

Or how can I migrate the journeys from my partners trip into my activated trip, without having to re-input every journey. 


I find the app is not user friendly and is very limited in capability.  Any suggestions will be gratefully received. 

 

 

 

As long as the activation is for a date in the future you can deactivate it. You should do this now.

You can only have 1 trip linked to a pass so you need to have all the journeys added to that trip.

On (re)activation you should link your pass to the trip you have already populated.

 

If you have mistakenly activated your pass for today or a date in the past you will need to contact customer services to correct this.
