When booking the tickets for our family trip in Italy, I erroneously entered my stepfather’s information as Ms. and not Mr. Would this be a concern, or is it not a big deal?

Not a problem at all. Don’t worry

You could always contact Eurail support to see if they can change it but I don’t think it’s necessary


The passes don't mention a gender.

AFAIK reservations don't either, except for sleeper reservations.
