12 days ago, I requested an exchange, but I did not get any respond yet, nor did I get refunded the money. I do not know how to get in contact with the service, so I decided to ask for help here. How long does it usually take till the money for an exchange is paid back? I don't want to look impatient. I just don't know how long it usually takes, so I don't know what time-range to expect before having the money back.
