Dear, my eurail mobile pass is not working, moreover since April 23 I have sent emails to App support and have not had a response.  I can’t activate a Day trip, so i cant have a ticket.
 

Therefore, today, April 26, I had to buy a train ticket from Vienna to Prague, document is attached.  At the OBB office they told me that this ticket will be reimbursed by them.
 

Ihope to have an answer soon and have the necessary support to solve the problem of my pass.

Eurail will have to reimburse indeed, but you have to submit a request to customer service.
