My paper passes that I purchased did not arrive, my trip is coming near and I asked them from my country of origin, the NL post does not give a response nor even Eurail, what do I do?

get in Contact with Customer Service

In the case the pass won´t arrive (Start a refund process via your bank/Eurail)
Where will you start in Europe? (You can buy the Eurailpass on some spots even in Europe)
