My trip lost connection to the pass on the fifth travel day

After installing 23.0.1 my trip has been without problem until today, the fifth travel day. Suddenly my trip was no longer connected to a pass. I added it again, but then the trip connected was blank and without journeys. My old trip, with the passed and remaining journeys was unconnected.

I have managed to add the journeys I am on right now to the new trip. But how do I get the old trip connected again?

Yes, it is an iPhone. I will contact customer service. Thanks.

No idea to be honest. Is this on iPhone? There have been more problems with it lately.

In any case, do contact customer service to report this problem.
