I’ve submitted multiple request (online+chat) to request name change on the pass. Is there a customer service # that I can call to speak with live customer service agent.

No, there is no customer service where you can speak to someone. 

When you contact Customer Support it is important that you state when you will be travelling. If you will be travelling soon, within the coming weeks, your request will get higher priority.

Sending multiple messages to Customer Support will only overload the Support more and increase the respons time.
