Activated my pass in February when I purchased 7 day mobile global pass, not planning to travel until July 2022.  Selected travel day as 14th July which is date I am flying to Amsterdam, but will not be using my initial travel day till Sunday 17th July.  Tried to edit or delete trip and traveller but will not allow me to do this online or in app.  Please help!

It's not a good idea to activate such a long tome in advance because if you change plans and forget to change the first travel day, then you loose it.

You can deactivate the pass when you go to My Pass, select the first travel day and tap on Cancel travel day.
