My wife and I bought an interrail pass for our 18 year old son, but my wife activated the pass on her phone. How can we set it up on our son’s phone? He starts his travel very soon (3 days). Any help would be greatly appreciated. And if we do need to contact customer service, what it the best way to do that?

Thank you so much for the quick response. I actually figured it out. Because he has not yet traveled, we simply deleted the pass from my wife’s phone and then we could add the pass to my son’s phone.

A simple solution and I hope this helps others in the future.
