Old pass sent back but did not receive new one - covid case


hello, having no news from my file, I send you a message.  Indeed, I could not use my pass because of the covid and you had to send me a new one because I sent back the old ones and I have not heard from you.  can you help me and tell me where it is?  thank you very much and wish you a good day ! 

I have 2 pass so This is my orders number :

If it's possible i would like to change the pass for the next year, but maybe in a different month, I dont know immediatly

Bonjour. You cannot reach service via this-they are far too busy. Other interested and knowing people try to help common problems. Also  I understand that this is now the very last yr that passes held due to covid are able to exchange. One can travel near freely now anywhere in EUR-as I do also right now.

You can contact service via a special form and must indicate travel date-they try to handle it in that order.
