NO-this would widely open the gates to rampant fraud. Either you buy old-style paper (with set dates from/to printed on sale) OR mobile=can choose activate later at will.
However, paper also has ´trip report´=to be written, this can be replaced by tripregistration. Having never done that-most likely there will be some instruction on howtodo in the site.
