Hello, I purchased my paper pass last month, I was due to start on the 4/07/22 for a month. Due to certain circumstances I am now starting a week later, On the ticket itself it says valid from 4/07/22 - 3/08/22. Will I now miss out on week of the pass when i start on the 11/07/22 ? TIA

Depending if you bought a “Promo” or “Standard” pass with Plus Upgrade or without you may exchange your pass and buy a new one with the correct new startdate


Forget that change: we see here so many questions&complaints about non-received passes and very long time to process anything (no blame-overworked small team with simply too many things to handle) that it will only lead into misery.

You could have realised this all when you bought it-it is clearly stated.
