Hi!

I bought paper tickets (2adult, 1 youth, 1 child).  According to Eurail they should arrive April 03...at least that was the ETA when I bought the tickets.  I'm starting my trip April 07.  The tickets were sent via Postnl to Mexico and until now Postnl tracking says that shippment has been sorted on March 09 and there's no ETA. Worst case scenario...what can I do if the tickets don't arrive on time??

You can buy the Eurail even in most international train ticket counter in Europe. In the case the pass won´t arrive (Start a refund process via your bank/Eurail). But ask directly via customer service in the link. They will answer you asap.
