Paper travel documents. We have not received them.

We purchased a 5 day Global Pass last January. We start our travel next month. We have never received any paper documents from Eurail, is that normal? The U.S. had a lot of mail issues early this year.

Did you booked a mobile or paper pass? Maybe check your emails :) as they send the paperpasses usually tracked :)

I´ am not working for Eurail or Interrail i just share my knowledge here. Please ask in the Community and not via private message as this is the fastest way to get an answer. I prefer English/German/ Czech for my answers. In case of Reservationquestions please share some details like Route, Date, Trainnumber as otherwise we can just provide general advices or answers

Think I have it figured out or at least a starting point. I loaded and obtained a QR code for boarding our first leg. Thanks for your help.
