Pass activated but can't use it due to broken phone.

My iPhone was broken and need to change battery, which might takes time.
If I had already activated the mobile pass, but I haven’t use it, are there any resolve ways?

If you continue to user the same phone, it will be OK.

If you want to travel with another phone, then the pass will need to be moved and only customer service can do that. In that case, also mention the start date of your trip.
