I’ve submitted emails already through the proper channels, but it seems as though many have found received faster responses through the moderators on this forum.
In order to book a ticket at a discounted rate for a seat that is otherwise unavailable on eurail, I’m asked to provide a pass cover letter number, which is not provided to digital passes. If anyone is able to assist, I will be traveling to France on Sunday!

The best way to make reservations for French trains is to call SNCF. No need of Pass Cover Number.
