I need to book tickets that require pass cover number. I have mobile passes and this seems to be a quick to get help accessing that info. Thank you.

What route do you want to make a reservation for? There are several ways to make reservations where no Pass Cover Number is needed.
For most cases via b-rail it is also possible: to CALL b-rail-then they do not ask for it, or call sncf.
