"Prices temporarily unavailable" is shown when trying to make a seat reservation from Paris to Marseille (I already have a eurail global Pass)

The website tells me to book it through 'travel.b-europe.com' They require my pass cover number which is not offered on mobile passes. 

 

Please help me.

I saw many people struggling with the same problem and someone called Nanja is saving them sending private messages. I hope she could contact me also.
