Pass Cover Number in the Rail Planner

Hi,

Now I’m making reservations for seats in the TGV.

In the “Delivery Method”, I have to fill in “erail pass cover number” but I don’t know where I can find it because I bought the erail pass via the Rail Planner app. I can find the pass reference only in the app.

So, I can’t proceed any further.

I think you're now trying to book a domestic TGV via Belgian railways (one of the websites the app can forward to). Be aware that it charges 4€ per order, so if you're alone and only want to book 1 TGV, using the Eurail website is cheaper (booking fee 2€/seat, no pass cover number needed).

You can however request a pass cover number here.
