Hello, this is crazy... just as I was boarding a train my pass completely disappeared from the app and there is no way I can recover it. I tried everything. So I'm travelling with no ticket after posting all kinds of money for a 3-month continuous pass. This can't happen. The app is utter garbage. And there's no phone number to call for urgencies like this  Anyone can help NOW?

Contact customer service NOW, give them all details (such as a screenshot of My Pass) and mention you are travelling. Also include your pass number (from the conformation mail or your account).

Also go to More > Settings, scroll to the bottom and enable error logging. That won't solve the problem but will help customer support.

What is the app version? See More and scroll to the bottom.

Do you have iOS or Android? Which OS version?


I just saw some messages in the Interrail Facebook group (e.g. here) that removing and re-installing the rail planner app worked. People did have to add their passes again and lost the contents of their trips.
