Hi, I have a 10 day in 2 months flexipass 29th May to 28th July 2024. I have used 5 days and have returned home intending to use the other 5 travel days before 28th July. I note that when showing ticket on the App it says “This ticket is expired”. How can this be? My partner’s ticket has the same thing. We have both been online on our phones regularly so that shouldn’t be the problem. We need to know whether this will right itself when we intend using our remaining 5 days. Can you help?

Tickets expire as soon the travel day is over so there is nothing strange. A ticket is only valid for one travel day.
It was the first time I’d seen this on the pass. It was confusing to see “This ticket has expired” and a bright red “EXPIRED” written across the bottom of the pass.
