So my pass somehow got activated and took a travel day on July 2. I asked for this to be undone because I didn’t even start using it until the end of July.
I was given one day back, but my pass expires TOMORROW (!!!) and I need to keep using it past then. I have 3 travel days (half of my pass) that will go to waste if not, AND I will be stranded with no way to get around.
Please if anyone knows what to do or how to get in immediate contact with support let me know. I am so upset and stressed about this.
