hi i had a question i ordered an interail pass this morning but never received an email about it how is this possible because my money has been written off from my bank greetings joeri

  1. Check your spam mail.
  2. Check the order overview in your Interrail account. The order should be in there, including the pass number you need for the app.
  3. If that doesn't help, then contact customer service here:
