Hi there, does anybody knows about this? My pass and all trips disappear from app - already twice when on train. I am offline generally. mostly it works but when not, I risk to be fined while I payed 850€ for the pass.. I hate the app coz it is mega complicated and does not work… thxx!

If online but with a poor connection the app can have issues, sometimes it works better to put phone into airplane mode.
Try all the usual fixes first, stopping/restartng the app and if that doesn’t work then restarting the phone.
