My pass was bought for me as a present in December 1st 2021.  I will not be able to use it due to work until after April 2023, will it last until then or will it run out ? 

I am nervous about downloading the app and activating the pass as I don't want to start a clock and leave me unable to use the pass. 

 

For a pass bought on the 1st of December 2021 the last possible day of activation is the 1st of November 2022.

It might be possible to either ask for a refund or to buy a new pass and ask for an exchange. If this is possible depends on the conditions for the pass you got as a present.
