Payment taken, no confirmation email or passes delivered

On 17th Nov, my friend bought 2x passes for us. Payment has been taken from her bank account, however there has been no confirmation email or any indication that the passes were actually purchased. Does it normally take several days for the passes to be emailed or is there an issue? Please help
