Phone broke. Ca'nt transfer pass to replacement phone

My phone broke today and Im supposed to leave in less then 7hr - I cant transfer my pass to my replacement phone, I tried reaching out to the customer service on every way I could find but theyre not answering me anywhere. Please help me out here! The hotels and play tickets etc are already booked and payed for too. I cant reschedule my trip

I doubt that you will get help before tomorrow morning.

Only Customer Support can help you to disconnect your pass from your old phone. Write your pass number when contacting them through this form. Also write that you are currently travelling.
