I keep receiving notifications on my phone to go to My Pass online to keep my pass valid.  Anyone else receiving these notifications?  We just used our first day of our global pass yesterday.  We have a month worth of trips planned now and I don't want any problems with the pass.  

So far Eurail through email has not been helpful with other questions between the mobile app and online.  There are lots of glitches between these platforms.

The App needs atleast every 3days a working data connection to verify the pass otherwise the app block the pass until you are back online


So just open the app while online and it should be alright? I got a message two days ago to go online within 3 days, so I did.. but got a message today telling me I’d need to go online within 29 hours to keep my pass valid. My first day of travel with the pass is in 3 days time.
