Hi. I purchased 2 global passes but forgot to add my children. I wanted to exchange (read the policy) it said I had to ask for a refund first which I did and they just said accepted. But I don’t want to loose the any money, I just wanted to exchange to put my children on them and pay the $15 euro. Now what do I do?? Is there anything I can do?
it said I had to ask for a refund but then I got an email saying accepted. I thought it would take me to another option to exchange
