Hi,

I try to activate my Interrail Pass with the code received by mail but it doesn’t work, the code is not recognized.

Could you help me ?

What is the error message you are seeing? Could you post a screenshot?


 


First, verify that you used the pass number and the last name exactly as they appear in the confirmation mail. The best is to copy them; also make sure there are no superfluous spaces included.

Mention your pass number and the intended start date of your trip, so they can prioritise correctly.


I can see that you have written your last name without a capital “G” but with “g”. How is it written in the confirmation email?
