I try to activate my Interrail Pass with the code received by mail but it doesn’t work, the code is not recognized.

View originalI can see that you have written your last name without a capital “G” but with “g”. How is it written in the confirmation email?
First, verify that you used the pass number and the last name exactly as they appear in the confirmation mail. The best is to copy them; also make sure there are no superfluous spaces included.

Mention your pass number and the intended start date of your trip, so they can prioritise correctly.
