problem with book ticket

Hello,

On 7.10 i booked a Eurail ticket on Eurail Website.
My Pass reference is: SSB4GD

The ticket is valid for 2 months and used in 10 days.

but until now I have just been using for 3 days. And i could not use it anymore.

Could you check it please?
