Problem with ticket delivery

Good evening, I am trying to buy a Eurail pass, however, the only option it gives me is a paper pass and not a mobile pass, additionally, the paper pass would be delivered after the date of the trip.
¿Can the paper pass be exchanged for a mobile pass after purchase?

I've just tested this with a “10 days in 2 months” global Eurail pass but on the first screen after logging in, I get the choice between a mobile and paper pass. The mobile pass is pre-selected:
