How do I buy the pass in British Pounds? Can I buy it on the eu site (in Euros) with a English Bank Account?

Just select in the top section (top right) on Interrail.eu instead of EUR GBP as prefered currency :)

Iam not sure if Ideal or SofortBanking accept UK Bank Account´s but PayPal does it for sure 
Just create a account on Paypal with your bank details ;)
Most banks will charge you extra for that, and the mark up on Paypal is usually even higher. There are different prices in € and GBP to reflect the exchange rate. You could also check what other UK retailers charge you (f..er Ffestiniog travel)
