Hello, I purchased a Pass for 4 days. However, when making the reservation for each day, one of the segments I need does not exist on Eurail. Therefore, I would like to refund or cancel only 1 day, making it a 3-day Pass.

If you haven’t started using it you can exchange most passes for a €15 fee.


What segment are you missing? Not all timetables are shown on the Eurail website and in the Railplanner app.


Your pass is valid on the majority of trains running in Europe so if you know there is a railway station in each town/city you are checking we can help you work out why you can’t find a routing. There may be many reasons for this not showing, but the community has members who have huge experience of all the ways from A to B. They will also give you an idea of comparable costs of with and without a pass.

OOI there are no 3 day global passes.
