Hi.

I have a 5-day pass; because of a 1 hour train delay, I will miss all of my connecting trains amd will arrive the next day, instead of on the same day. In consequence, I would need an extra travel day, which I don’t have. Am I eligible for a refund for the ticket that I have to buy myself?

You need to contact the train company responsible for the delay. They should issue tickets so that you don't need to use another travel day.
