How long does it take to get a refund
Good afternoon!
After being processed by our customer service team, how long a refund takes solely depends on the systems and protocols of the customer's bank. The time it takes for the refund to be available in the bank account may vary. Normally it takes 3 to 5 working days.

I have been trying to get my us$630 back from my UNUSED pass!
I have written dozens of emails, answered other dozens and I feel ROBBED!
did not get mybrefind- did not get my refund for seats bought- EURAIL has robbed me , an 82 year old man, that never used his global pass due to your cancellation of a scheduled trip from Barcelona on April 3rd… the
monent my backs went through security the train was cancelled and I had an doctors appointment in Wien and took a plane as the next train would make my appointment lost!
I NEVER used any portion of my global pass and EURAIL has not till this date refunded ANY part of payment made!
