Hello, I activated my mobile pass on my Ipad which I do not want take with me on the journey. I tried to delete the pass on my Ipad since the validity period did not start yet, but it did not work. Does anybody know what I can do to remove the pass from my Ipad so that I can activate it on my mobile phone? Thanks for your help!

A pass can only be moved to another device via customer service. Do mention when you start your trip, so your request can be prioritised correctly.
