Requesting updated Invoice

Hi all!

I recently requested an invoice for a company purchase of Interrail passes. Our company purchase was unfortunately completed with a person's contact details instead of the Company Name + VAT number method.

I would like to request an updated invoice – what is the procedure for this?

Hi Balazsd, as mentioned in our conversation via private message you will need to submit a ticket which you already did, thanks for that! I've flagged it again with Customer Support so that they will get back to you.
