Robbed on night train and need global pass on new phone

I hope someone can help me.  We were robbed on a night train last night.  My phone with the global pass is gone and I need to download the pass to a new device.  Our next train is Sunday.  

There is no telephone number to Interrail Customer Service and no-one has answered my email to

Can anyone help me in advising how this can be done? 

I dont want this very stressful situation to mar the rest of our trip :-(
