Meine Tochter hat ihr Ticket aktiviert, dann keine Reservierung bekommen. Gibt es irgendeine Chance, ein aktiviertes Ticket zurückzugeben?

There's no need to activate the Interrail pass in order to get reservations. A pass can be deactivated until the validity date has started.

Which train is she looking at ? There are always alternatives, for example an extra stop along the way. We'll gladly help if you give us more info :)
